The greatest lesson I learned about myself is that it is so easy to trust my inner knowing.  To just BE in every moment; to know that I am love and I am perfect the way I am.  There is ntheing wrong with me because there is no wrong.
My vision is that the world will have peace and that there wont be anymore wars or violence.

The change in my life as a result of Impact Training is growing and loving everyone ~ no matter what.  I know what works for me.  That has been and still is a really big result of having love back in my life and it has been amazing.
